Our herbal tea is a natural way you can support your liver everyday, helping your body with it's natural detoxification.

Moon Tea (Menstrual Cramp Relief) Tea: Relieves Cramps, Relaxes, Reduces Bloating!

Mild to moderate pain during periods is familiar among many women. Our Menstral Tea contains many herbs that can ease pain and gently support discomfort associated with the menstrual cycle.

 

Sweet Dreams Bedtime Tea: Proven to improve insomnia and sleep quality, our hand picked, wild harvested tea blend is perfect for a great night's sleep! Reduces stress and promotes relaxation by targeting GABA receptors in the brain while improving sleep by increasing the time spent in deep sleep cycles.

  • Directions:

    Boil Water. Use a tea kettle or small saucepan to bring water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.

    Steep Herbs: Using approximately 1 Tablespoon of tea blend per 8 fl oz. of water, add your herbs to a tea ball, tea bag, french press or other tea strainer.  Then add 8 fl oz. water just under boiling to your cup. 

    Cover your cup (a small plate works) and let steep for at least 10 minutes.  The longer you allow the herbs to steep, the stronger your tea will be. 

    Strain & Enjoy! After steeping either remove the herbs by either straining or removing the tea bag/ball. 

     

    * Tip *    For the most benefit from our herbal teas, be sure to cover  your cup while steeping.  Covering your herbal teas while they steep helps to keep all the great health benefits from escaping with the steam. 

    For a Cold Infusion:  In a 1 qt jar, add 1/4 cup of tea blend and fill the rest with water.  Cover and let sit 8-10 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.  Then use a strainer to strain out the herbs.  Enjoy as is, add ice or sweeten with honey!

    'Calm The Fluff Down' Stress Relief Tea:  Lemon Balm, Oatstraw, Rose Hip, Lemon Peel, Stinging Nettle, Passionflower

    Bedtime Tea:  Lavender, Chamomile, Skullcap, Lemonbalm, Rose buds, Stevia

    Menstral Cramp Relief Tea:  Red Raspberry Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Peppermint Leaf, Cramp Bark, White Willow Bark, Red Clover, Raspberries, Hibiscus

    Cold/Flu Relief Tea:  Rosehips, Elderberry, Echinacea Root, Ginger Root, Pear, Orange Peel, Astragalus Root

    Morning Tummy Detox Tea:  Lemongrass, Ginger Root, Lemon & Grapefruit Peel, Red Clover, Butterfly Pea Flower
